Allison Glock is a writer, director, producer partnering with Trailblazing SG to elevate women and women’s storytelling.
 
In the women and sports space for more than 20 years, Allison recently oversaw ESPN’s Fifty/50 content initiative around Title IX’s 50th anniversary, and launched W. Studios, a generator for creating and amplifying women-centered storytelling.
 
Allison executive produced W. Studios Fifty/50 Shorts in partnership with Google which featured five short films (one she directed) centered around the fight for women’s equality across the sports and cultural landscape. She also was an executive producer on 37 Words, an acclaimed, four-part docuseries that was the first of its kind to premiere on multiple-platforms. Her credits include projects for Netflix, YouTube, Lifetime, Sony, Showtime, BBC America, Atlantic Records, Hulu, ESPN, and many others. She is currently an Executive Producer on NBC's The Blacklist, and in pre-production on a feature about MMA legend, Fallon Fox.

A mom of two girls, Allison is passionate about creating stories that are authentic to the female sports experience and widen the lens of opportunity for all.

MARKETING STRATEGIST

An expert marketing strategist, Kimberly has a track record of driving growth for Fortune 500 companies in the linear, audio, and streaming content space. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Brand and Consumer Marketing for SiriusXM + Pandora, she led brand marketing strategy and growth for its portfolio of audio platforms.
 
Prior to joining SiriusXM, Kimberly spent 16 years at The Walt Disney Company in various marketing leadership roles, where she offered guidance and established strategic direction for driving fan engagement, customer acquisition, retention and subscriber revenue for Disney’s content portfolio including ESPN, Disney Channel, FX, Nat Geo, Marvel, Pixar and ABC.

 
Kimberly is a thought leader in her space. She has been featured in several publications from Forbes to Adweek. She has offered her strategic insight on topics like leadership, marketing strategy, organizational design and mentorship for several high-profile industry events including Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit, Brand Innovators, The Female Quotient, and AfroTech.
